Vision-Purpose-Mission
for the
100 Day Business
Transformation Program
Vision:
I have felt strongly
for some time that God was going to raise up Christian business people
to operate their business in a way of excellence. As a result of
operating on this higher plane, they would dominate their particular
market niche. Through a combination of spiritual blessings, wisdom,
insight and discernment plus operating according to best demonstrated
business practices, these businesses would achieve a very high degree of
sustainable competitive advantage and no competitor would be able to
stand against them. As a result of this success, these businesses would
turn into virtual cash machines! Since the owners would have sold out
completely to the Lord Jesus Christ, these cash streams would be held
loosely and redirected into Kingdom work. I personally believe that one
of the greatest problems we face is for a person to be called by God
into the ministry but end up spending great amounts of time and energy
attempting to raise funds to support themselves and family. Typically
these individuals are operating well outside of their gifting when
trying to raise these funds and thus have less energy available for
Kingdom work. Since getting this vision years ago, I have felt that I
would be part of assisting these businesses in reaching the necessary
level of competence and excellence.
Purpose
Statement:
I, Bob Wood, exist to glorify God by transforming businesses in 100
days according to the plan laid out in the Book of Haggai. So that God's
Kingdom is advanced and lives are changed through Jesus Christ, and
wealth & abundance is created and freely distributed for Kingdom work.
Mission:
Virtual Knowledge Mgmt will transform small to mid-sized businesses
in 100 days after completing the audit process. This will be
accomplished through a best practices diagnosis, gap identification,
strategies developed to close the gaps, implementation and monitoring
the strategic plan. VKM, Inc. will act as both a consultant and mentor
through the process. The emphasis will be on teaching, training,
mentoring versus hands-on doing. Both websites, Critical Care for
Companies and Christian Counsel for Companies will be key components in
the marketing strategy for this process.
